Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from receiving the placed order. How to report:

  • Returns: log onto your SHOWROOM account and pick the correct order from the list. Click the returns form. Take into account that the form will be available for 48h after you receive your order. After picking the items you want to return, we will provide you with instructions. After the designer accepts your return, you will be provided with information on where the items should be posted to (you send them directly to the designer). You will receive this information via e-mail.
    Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting until the returns process has been complete. As soon as the designer accepts your returned goods we'll refund the price you paid for your item, including postage costs (if your returning your whole order), to the bank account you provided.. You will be informed about this via e-mail.
    Please make sure that the products you return have no signs of usage. All goods will be inspected on return.
  • Exchanges: log onto your SHOWROOM account and pick the correct order from the list. Click the exchanges form. Take into account that the form will be available for 48h after you receive your order. Please make sure to leave a comment regarding the colour/size you want to exchange your item for. Exchanges are only possible for the same item. Please check if the combination you picked is available on the website. After the designer accepts your exchange, you will be provided with information on where the items should be posted to (you send them directly to the designer). You will receive this information via e-mail.
    Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting until the returns process has been complete.
    In the event of the designer not being able to provide you with a refund, you will be contacted by us in order to provide us with your bank account number to which you want to be refunded for the returned goods.
