If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused articles within 14 days after delivery.
In order to claim a refund, log onto your SHOWROOM account, pick the correct order from the list and fill in the return form. Enclosing the printed return form together with the shipment is not required.
Send your return to the address provided in the return form.
Refund will be processed immediately after the return is delivered to Maison Common. You will be refunded for the product to the bank account you provided.
